REFUND POLICY

We have a transparent 5 days Refund Policy and offer you unconditional money back Guarantee if we are unable to fulfill your requirements or you are not satisfied with our service. If there are one or more resolved issues, the fee for the subscribed payment will not be refundable. At its sole discretion Digialaddin may offer partial refund on a case-to-case basis. For incident-based plan – Digialaddin will refund 100% in case we are not able to solve your issue within 5 days from time you’d given us. We give the refund to the customer same mode of charge payment.

Cancellation Policy.:

Customer can cancel his subscription from us within 15 days of time and customer has 15 days of time to claim a refund.
